Why thirty days

Most people do not fail at healing. They fail at finishing.

Almost everyone who comes to this work has watched something, meant to practise, and let it slide by the second week. A library on its own does not fix that. A month with a plan does.

Three days will activate you. Thirty days will change what you do on an ordinary Tuesday — and that is the part that actually heals.

So Amber is built as a challenge, not a shelf. Days 1 to 3 are the activation. Weeks one to four take you through all eleven courses. You go at your own pace, nobody is marking you, and when day thirty arrives you have a practice instead of a plan.

Days 1 to 3

First, you activate

The guided three days that open the challenge. Everything after this builds on them.

1
Day one

Energy Foundations

Preparing the healer from the inside. Food and what it does to your state, emotion and where it sits in the body, the quality of your own touch, and how your energy behaves before you ever place a hand on anyone.

2
Day two

Body & Coordination Fitness

Physical readiness and hand coordination. Your hands are the instrument — this day is about making them steady, strong and accurate enough that your pressure does not fade halfway through.

3
Day three

The Healer’s Breath & Graduation

Breath mastery, and putting the three days together. Saram — the Siddha breath practice — is the one part of your nervous system you can run on manual, and this is where you learn to use it.

Days 4 to 30

Then you build the practice

Eleven courses, grouped into four weeks so you always know what is next. Follow it as written, or take longer — the access does not expire.

Week one · days 4–10

The ground it all stands on

Where these practices come from, so nothing later is a mystery.

  • Ayurveda — the foundations, in plain language
  • Siddha — the traditional Tamil system of medicine
Week two · days 11–17

The body you are working with

Enough anatomy to be safe, then the two hands-on traditions.

  • Anatomy & Physiology — enough of the body to practise safely
  • Varmam — pressure points on the body
  • General Body Uzhichil — forearm work laid along the body
Week three · days 18–24

Reading the person in front of you

Timing, and how to look before you act.

  • Pancha Pakshi Sastra — the traditional reading of timing
  • Health Analysis — the bonus course: reading your own patterns first
Week four · days 25–30

The four areas people actually ask about

Now you have the ground, the body and the reading, these make sense.

  • Reproductive & Urinary
  • Neurological & Mental Wellbeing — sleep, memory, stress
  • Head & Sensory Wellness — a clear head and easy breathing
  • Musculoskeletal & Pain — the frame, the joints, everyday stiffness

Eleven courses in all. After day thirty they stay in your account — the challenge ends, the access does not.

Who this is for

Two kinds of people take the challenge

You want your own body back

Sleep that does not come, stress that will not put itself down, a back or a knee that decides your day, digestion that runs the show. You are not looking to treat anybody — you want practices you can actually keep up.

No experience is needed. Everything is taught from the beginning.

You are the one caring for someone

A parent who is slower than they were, a partner who is unwell, a child who needs calm. You are already the person who is there every day.

The thirty days steady you first, which is the part nobody tells carers about.

Questions

What if I do not finish in thirty days?

Nothing happens. The thirty days are a plan, not a deadline, and nobody is marking you. Your access does not expire, so you can take two months or six. The month exists because most people do better with a shape than without one.

I have never done anything like this. Can I still take it?

Yes. Amber is the starting membership and every practice is taught from the beginning. If you would rather dip a toe in first, the Saram First Reset at ₹499 is five short days.

Is this treatment for a condition?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. This is wellness education. You are learning practices for your own body. It does not diagnose anything, it does not replace your doctor, and nobody here will tell you to stop a medicine.

How much time does it take each day?

The lessons are short and self-paced. Many students give it ten to twenty minutes a day, which is what the thirty-day plan assumes.

Will this qualify me to work on other people?

Not on its own, and we are careful about this. The thirty days steady your own practice and give you the foundation. Working with other people is the Jade path, which is a different membership with closer guidance.

I have already done the First Reset. Does Amber repeat it?

No. Amber picks up where it ends. If you have not done it, the pair is available together for ₹5,199.

Does Amber include Saram as well as Varmam?

Yes — both. Varmam is the pressure-point work, Saram is the breath practice, and Amber teaches them together rather than as two separate subjects. Day 3 is where the breath work begins, and it carries through everything after it.

Does Amber cover all of Varmam and Saram?

No, and it is better to say so plainly. Amber is the foundation — it covers what can genuinely be taught well through a screen, which is a great deal. The deeper practitioner training, where you learn to work on other people under guidance, continues in Jade.

I live outside India. Can I get the material as PDF?

The course workbooks are mostly downloadable PDFs, so the learning material travels anywhere. The printed Varmam volumes are separate books, not part of this membership, and are print-only for now — an ebook edition is being worked on but is not ready yet.

Can I see a preview before I join?

There is no formal course preview. What there is instead is a great deal of Vedhan Sri’s teaching already on YouTube — the same voice and the same approach — so you can judge the teaching for yourself before you decide.

Is it lifetime access, or a recurring payment?

One payment. The course material is yours for life — there is no monthly fee for the courses and nothing renews automatically. The weekly Inner Circle is the one part with a time limit: it is included for 365 days from the day you join, and after that it continues on a small subscription if you want to keep it.

Is there a live session with Vedhan Sri?

Yes. The Inner Circle meets live on Zoom every Thursday, 7:30 to 8:30 PM IST, and it is included with Amber for 365 days from the day you join. Sessions are recorded, and access to the recordings continues with an Inner Circle subscription.

How do I get Jade?

Jade is not on open sale. It is a private, invitation-based programme for people who have been through Amber and built the foundation practice first. Start with Amber — the invitation follows from the work.

Which language is it in?

English.

What comes after

Amber is where you steady yourself. Jade is where you learn to steady others.

Many people stay in Amber for a long time, and that is the point — practice first. When you find yourself wanting to work on the people around you properly, rather than approximately, Jade is where that is taught — a private, invitation-based programme for people who have built the foundation in Amber, with observation, therapeutic touch and real supervision.
